The PRCA presents our Autumn poetry reading featuring Athena Kildegaard and Morgan Grayce Willow. Join us for a delightful evening of poetry, complimentary wine and hors d’oeuvres, and good company here in the PRCA gallery.

Morgan Grayce Willow added Dodge & Scramble (Ice Cube Press, 2013) to her poetry collections Between, Silk, and The Maps are Words. She has received awards from the Minnesota State Arts Board, the McKnight Foundation, the Jerome Foundation, and the Witter Bynner Foundation. Her creative nonfiction publications include “Riding Shotgun for Stanley Home Products” in Riding Shotgun: Women Write About Their Mothers (Borealis Books), recently re-released in paperback, and “Signs of the Time,” an honorable mention for the Judith Kitchen Prize in Water~Stone Review (2011). Morgan completed the book arts core certificate at Minnesota Center for Book Arts and exhibited her artist’s book Collage for Mina Loy in 2016. She teaches at the Loft Literary Center and is currently Visiting Poet with the Creative Writing Program at St. Cloud State University.
Athena Kildegaard is the author of four books of poetry, most recently Ventriloquy. Her second book, Bodies of Light, was a finalist for the Minnesota Book Award, and her third, Cloves & Honey, was a finalist for the Midwest Book Award. Athena lives and teaches in Morris. Her poems have been read by Garrison Keillor, stamped into pottery, and set to music.
