PRCA Photo Contest Display on Exhibit at Gallery

The PRCA annual photo contest exhibit is now on display at the gallery, downtown Morris. Nearly 100 wonderful photos illustrate the creativity of area amateur photographers. Stop in to cast your vote for the People’s Choice…it will be a hard task to choose a favorite. Winners in each category-purple, abstract, wetlands, future generations, the natural world, and community-will be announced in July. Jess Larson, associate professor of studio art at the University of Minnesota, Morris will serve as judge.

PRCA Photo Contest announced

The PRCA will accept submissions to the annual Photo Contest between June 1 and June 15. Categories are:

Natural World
Future Generations

One photo per category per person. Submit unframed and unmatted photos no smaller than 4 x 6 and no larger than 8 x 11.

Photos will be displayed in the PRCA Gallery from June 19 through the end of July. Photos will be judged and winners announced during Prairie Pioneer Days.
